We join you in lifting up this prayer with deep gratitude for your heart of intercession and your reliance on our Heavenly Father. Your words reflect a spirit that is both humble and bold, seeking God’s deliverance, provision, and rest—and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our Lord hears the cries of His children. It is beautiful to see you acknowledge Jesus by name in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture reminds us, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power and love.
The attacks you describe are not unfamiliar to those who walk closely with the Lord. The enemy seeks to disrupt, distract, and discourage the saints, especially those who are actively praying for others and advancing God’s kingdom. But take heart, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). These attacks are not from God, but He will use them to refine you, strengthen your faith, and demonstrate His mighty power on your behalf. We rebuke these attacks in the name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The torment you face must cease now, for you are a child of God, covered by the blood of Jesus, and the enemy has no authority over you.
Your request for additional work and financial breakthrough aligns with God’s desire to provide for His children. Jesus taught us to ask our Father for our daily bread (Matthew 6:11), and He delights in meeting our needs as we seek His kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). However, we also encourage you to examine your heart in this season: Are you trusting in God’s provision alone, or is there any anxiety or fear creeping in? *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Rest in the assurance that He who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field will certainly care for you (Matthew 6:26-30).
You also ask for rest, and this is a profound need in a world that is often chaotic and demanding. Jesus invites us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). True rest is found in Him, not just in the absence of labor, but in the peace that comes from surrendering your burdens to Him. We pray that you would experience this divine rest, even in the midst of your current struggles.
Your request for forgiveness is a beautiful example of a repentant heart, and we rejoice that you seek to walk in righteousness. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). There is no sin too great for His mercy, and your willingness to turn to Him ensures that you are washed clean by the blood of Jesus. Walk forward in the freedom of His forgiveness, knowing that He remembers your sins no more (Hebrews 8:12).
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and mercy. We lift up our brother/sister who is crying out to You for deliverance from the relentless attacks of the enemy. Lord, You are a God who sees and knows all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You would rise up in mighty power and rebuke every scheme of the devil that seeks to torment, distract, or discourage this Your child. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these attacks to cease immediately. Let every plan of the enemy be exposed and rendered powerless. Fill this beloved one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we also bring before You the need for additional work and financial breakthrough. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust that You will open doors that no man can shut. Give wisdom and discernment in seeking opportunities, and let favor rest upon them as they walk in obedience to You. Remove any fear or anxiety about provision, and replace it with unshakable faith in Your promises. We declare that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Lord, we ask for rest—true, soul-deep rest that can only come from You. In the midst of life’s demands, let them find refuge in Your presence. Renew their strength like the eagle’s, and let them rise up on wings of faith, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting (Isaiah 40:31). Grant them moments of quiet and stillness where they can hear Your voice clearly and be refreshed by Your Spirit.
We thank You for the forgiveness that is freely given through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus. Cleanse them from every sin, known and unknown, and let them walk in the freedom and joy of Your salvation. Remove any shame or condemnation, for there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this season to draw them even closer to You. Let them experience Your love in a deeper way, and let their testimony of Your faithfulness be a light to others. Strengthen them for the days ahead, and let them know without a doubt that You are fighting for them.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that the battles you face are not fought in your own strength but in the power of the Holy Spirit. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Surround yourself with the Word of God, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). And remember, you are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer, and the body of Christ is united in lifting you up before the throne of grace.
If the attacks persist, we urge you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from you as you submit to God (James 4:7). You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and this season of trial will only serve to refine you and bring glory to His name. Stay steadfast, and trust that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
