We join with you in gratitude to our Heavenly Father, for He alone is worthy of all praise and thanksgiving! What a joy it is to see your heart lifted in worship and your trust placed in the name of Jesus, through whom all blessings flow. You have rightly acknowledged that it is only by His precious name that we can approach the throne of God with confidence, and we rejoice that you have called upon Him in faith.
The attacks you describe are not unseen by our Lord, who tells us in 1 Peter 5:8-9, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."* You are not alone in this battle, dear sibling in Christ—many of God’s children face the schemes of the enemy, but we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We stand with you in rebuking these attacks, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of Jesus covers you, and the enemy has no authority over your life. We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden scheme of darkness and render the enemy powerless, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Your cry for rest resonates deeply with us, for Jesus Himself invites all who are weary to come to Him: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* (Matthew 11:28-30). We pray that the Lord would envelop you in His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that He would grant you seasons of refreshing sleep and spiritual renewal. May He quiet your heart with His presence, for He is the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4).
Regarding your need for financial support, we are reminded of our Father’s promise in Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We do not serve a God who is unaware of your circumstances—He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). We pray that the Lord would open doors of provision in ways that bring Him glory, whether through unexpected blessings, wise stewardship, or the generosity of His people. We also encourage you to seek His wisdom in managing what He has already entrusted to you, for He delights in blessing those who honor Him with their resources (Proverbs 3:9-10). Let your requests be made known to God with thanksgiving, trusting that He will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Finally, we celebrate your love for Jesus, for it is the greatest commandment (Matthew 22:37-38). Your devotion to Him is evident, and we pray that He would deepen your intimacy with Him through this season. May you be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, walking worthily of the Lord to please Him in every way (Colossians 1:9-10).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our sibling in Christ before Your throne of grace, thanking You for the gift of salvation and the privilege of coming boldly to You in the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of torment and oppression that seeks to bind them. Rebuke the enemy and his schemes, and let Your light expose and destroy every work of darkness. Grant them rest, Father—rest for their body, soul, and spirit. Quiet their mind with Your peace and renew their strength like the eagles (Isaiah 40:31).
We pray for Your provision in their financial needs, trusting that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. Open doors that no one can shut, and supply every need according to Your riches in glory. Help them to steward well what You have given, and may they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that their love for You would grow ever deeper. Fill them with Your joy and hope, and let them know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the victory that Jesus has already won.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
