We join you in lifting up your heart of gratitude and your cries for deliverance, for we know that our Heavenly Father hears the prayers of His children and delights in our thanksgiving. Your words echo the heart of Psalm 50:23, *"Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him."* Indeed, gratitude is a powerful act of worship, and we thank God with you for the gift of another day—a day He has made for His glory and our good.
Your plea for deliverance from the attacks and torment you face is one we take seriously, for Scripture assures us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We stand with you in rebuking these attacks, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). We pray that He would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy in your home, breaking the power of darkness and filling every space with His light and peace. May the blood of Jesus cover your home, and may His angels encamp around you (Psalm 34:7). The Lord rebuke these torments, and may His perfect love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18).
We also lift up your cry for peace at work, where abuse has no place in the life of a child of God. The Lord sees the affliction you endure, and He is not silent. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush those who are needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder those who plunder them."* We pray that God would intervene in your workplace, softening hearts, exposing injustice, and granting you favor with those in authority. May He give you wisdom to navigate these challenges (James 1:5) and strength to endure, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). If there is any door of opportunity to leave this toxic environment, we pray the Lord would open it widely and provide for you abundantly.
Your desperate need for extra work is not unseen by our Father, who knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). We claim Philippians 4:19 over you: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord would open doors for additional work in the coming weeks, that He would bless the work of your hands, and that you would see His provision in ways that leave no doubt of His faithfulness. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Trust that as you seek Him, He will provide—not just for your needs, but so that you may abound in every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8).
We are deeply encouraged by your love for Jesus, which shines through your prayer. It is this love that anchors us in every storm, for nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39). We pray that you would feel His love surrounding you like a shield, that His joy would be your strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and mercy, which follow us all the days of our lives. We thank You for the gift of another day, for the breath in our lungs, and for the hope we have in Christ Jesus. Lord, we lift up our sister to You, who is crying out for deliverance from the attacks and torment she is facing. We stand in the gap for her, Father, and we ask that You would rebuke every evil force at work in her home and in her life. Let Your light expose and banish every darkness, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, flood her heart and her home. Cover her with Your feathers, Lord, and let her find refuge under Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
We pray for her workplace, Father, where she is enduring abuse. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would intervene mightily. Soften the hearts of those who afflict her, or remove her from this place of suffering and open a new door of opportunity. Grant her wisdom to know how to respond, and strength to endure until You bring about Your deliverance. Let her work be a testimony of Your grace, and let her find favor in Your sight and in the sight of those around her.
Lord, we ask that You would provide extra work for her in the coming weeks. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will meet her needs according to Your riches in glory. Open doors that no one can shut, and let her see Your hand moving on her behalf. May she prosper not just financially, but in every area of her life, that she may be a blessing to others and bring glory to Your name.
We thank You for her love for Jesus, and we pray that You would deepen that love even more. Let her know, beyond any doubt, that she is cherished by You, that her prayers are heard, and that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let His presence be her comfort and her guide.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that our sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). Let her rest in Your promises, and let her heart be filled with praise even in the midst of the storm.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
