We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to the Lord, for we know that He hears the prayers of His children and is faithful to answer according to His perfect will. Your desire to seek His peace and strength in the midst of trials is a testament to your trust in Him, and we commend you for surrendering these burdens at His feet. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have done well to bring your needs before Him, and we stand with you in faith, believing that He will grant you the inner peace and brave heart you seek.
Your heart for this resort—to make it a sanctuary where God’s presence is felt and where others may find the peace that only He can give—is beautiful and aligns with the call to be a light in this world. Matthew 5:14-16 tells us, *"You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."* We pray that the Lord will honor this desire and use this place mightily for His glory. May He send guests who will not only bless the resort financially but also spiritually, that they may encounter His love and leave forever changed.
Yet we must also address the weight of the financial struggles you carry—the unpaid bills, loans, debts, and the damages that have befallen the resort. It is clear that these burdens are heavy, and the enemy seeks to use them to steal your joy and peace. But take heart, for the Lord is your Provider, and He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). He sees your sacrifices, your labor, and your trust in Him, even when the path seems impossible. We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your trust in Him, even in this storm, is a fragrance of worship before His throne.
We also lift up your sisters before the Lord, asking that He would align their hearts with His will, that together you may fulfill the plans He has for this place. Unity in Christ is powerful, and when believers come together in one accord, the Lord commands His blessing (Psalm 133:1). May He knit your hearts together in love and purpose, that you may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy.
As for those who have threatened you or sought to harm you, we declare the promise of Isaiah 54:17 over you: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh."* We pray that the Lord would touch the hearts of those who oppose you, that they may encounter His love and be transformed by His grace. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and we trust Him to fight your battles as you rest in His peace.
Your desire to honor the Lord through your online and blogging platform is commendable. We pray that He would bless these efforts, that they may be a tool for His kingdom and a source of encouragement to others. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May your words be seasoned with grace, and may the Lord open doors for your message to reach those who need to hear it.
We also want to encourage you to continue to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The storms you face are temporary, but His promises are eternal. He is able to restore what has been stolen, repair what has been broken, and provide where there is lack. Your children are in His hands, and He will ensure that their needs are met as you remain faithful to Him. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child, lifting up their heart’s cry for peace, strength, and breakthrough. Lord, You know the depths of their struggles—the financial burdens, the threats against them, the weariness of their soul—and yet You are not distant. You are near to the brokenhearted, and You save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would flood their heart with Your peace, a peace that transcends all understanding, guarding their mind and heart in Christ Jesus. Grant them a brave heart, Lord, that they may face today with courage and joy, knowing that You are their strength and their shield.
Father, we pray for divine intervention in their financial struggles. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:27). We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that they cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Restore what has been stolen, repair what has been broken, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Let this resort become a place of refuge, a sanctuary where Your presence is tangibly felt, and where lives are transformed by Your love. Send guests who will bless this place financially and spiritually, that Your name may be glorified.
We lift up their sisters to You, Lord, asking that You would unite their hearts in Your purpose. May they walk in harmony, love, and faith, that together they may fulfill the plans You have for this place. Strengthen their bonds, Lord, and let them be a testament to the power of unity in Christ.
Father, we also pray for protection over this dear one and their family. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4), and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Touch the hearts of those who seek to harm them, Lord, and turn their anger into repentance. Let them encounter Your love and mercy, that they may turn from their ways and glorify Your name.
We ask that You would bless their online and blogging efforts, Lord. May their words be a light in the darkness, pointing others to You. Open doors that no man can shut, and let their labor bear fruit for Your kingdom.
Finally, Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. You are a God who keeps His promises, and we trust You to bring breakthrough and miracle in Your perfect timing. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving in their life. May they continue to honor You in all they do, knowing that You are their reward.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
