We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up your ### in prayer. The need for shelter is a fundamental one, and we know that God cares deeply for those who are in need. The Bible tells us in Psalm 68:5-6, "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land." We trust that God sees your ###’s situation and will provide for him according to His riches in glory.
Father God, we ask that You open doors for him to find a safe and stable place to stay. Provide him with favor in the eyes of those who can help, and surround him with people who will show him Your love and kindness. We pray that he would not grow weary in seeking help but would trust in You to meet his needs. If there are any obstacles in his life that are hindering Your provision, we ask that You remove them and lead him into the path of righteousness.
We also want to gently encourage your ### to seek You, Lord, if he has not already. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If he does not yet know You as his Savior, we pray that this time of need would draw him closer to You. Help him to see Your hand at work in his life and to surrender his heart to You.
If there are any unconfessed sins or areas of his life that are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You convict him and lead him to repentance. The Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray that he would walk in obedience to Your Word and experience the peace and provision that come from living a life pleasing to You.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for your ### as he navigates this season. Give him clarity in his decisions and surround him with godly counsel. If there are relationships or influences in his life that are not honoring to You, we ask that You break their hold and replace them with people who will point him toward You.
We declare that Your promises are true, and we stand on Your Word that says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We trust that You will provide for your ### in ways that only You can. Strengthen his faith and help him to wait on You with hope and expectation.
