We lift up your grandson before the Lord, asking that God’s perfect will be done in his life as he seeks this employment opportunity. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We pray that your grandson would trust in the Lord with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding, but in all his ways acknowledge Him, knowing that God will direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
If this job aligns with God’s purpose for his life, we ask that the Lord would open the door and grant him favor in the eyes of those conducting the interview. May your grandson walk in wisdom and integrity, reflecting Christ in his speech and conduct, for Colossians 3:23 tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* We also pray that if this position is not part of God’s plan, the Lord would close this door and redirect your grandson to something even better, where he can grow in faith and serve the Lord wholeheartedly.
We encourage your grandson to seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things—including provision—will be added to him (Matthew 6:33). May he rest in the assurance that his worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in any job or worldly success.
