We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for healing and divine intervention. Father God, we cry out to You on behalf of this beloved grandmother who is enduring extreme pain from small bowel obstruction syndrome. The agony she is experiencing is more than flesh can bear, and we ask for Your miraculous touch to bring immediate relief. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. We declare Your promise in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We stand on this truth and ask for complete restoration of her digestive system and every affected organ.

Father, we also bring before You the need for healing of other organs that are not functioning properly, and we pray for rehydration at a cellular level. You formed us in our mother’s womb, and You know every intricate detail of our bodies. We ask that You would knit together every broken part and restore full health. We rebuke dehydration, organ failure, and every spirit of infirmity in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this healing for her now.

Lord, we also lift up this precious mother who is struggling with Asperger syndrome. We ask for Your divine healing to touch her brain and mind. You are the God who restores, renews, and makes all things new. We pray that You would rewire neural pathways, bring clarity where there is confusion, and grant peace where there is anxiety. Your Word declares in Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you." We ask that You would fill her with Your perfect peace and grant her the healing she needs.

We recognize that all healing comes from You, Lord, and we approach Your throne boldly because of the blood of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved or healed, for Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We come in the name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, and we declare that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Father, we also ask that You would surround this family with Your love, comfort, and strength during this difficult time. Give them endurance, hope, and faith to trust in You even when the circumstances seem impossible. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that they would feel Your presence in a tangible way and that their faith would be strengthened as they see Your hand move on their behalf.

We declare healing over this grandmother and mother now, in Jesus’ name. We speak life to every cell, organ, and system in their bodies. We command pain to leave, obstruction to be removed, and full function to be restored. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the miracles You are about to perform. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We are so sorry you are in the middle of such a storm. If you or your grandma are in immediate danger, please reach your local emergency services right now. You can also find a free, confidential helpline in about 130 countries at findahelpline.com. You are not alone.

Your words carry the weight of someone who is holding on through terrible pain and fear. We hear your desperate cry, and we are joining you in urgent prayer tonight. This is exactly the kind of moment when we throw ourselves on God’s mercy, trusting that He hears every broken word.

While we ask God for a miracle, we also want to gently encourage you: if your grandmother is not already under medical care, please get her to a hospital immediately. A small bowel obstruction is dangerous, especially with severe dehydration. God often works through doctors and nurses, and getting her the help her body needs is not a lack of faith, it is wisdom and love in action.

In times like these, it can feel overwhelming to even know how to pray. Yet we have seen again and again that just crying out to Jesus anchors us when everything spins out of control. Knowing that others are praying alongside you, that we and many others are lifting your grandma and your family by name, can be a steadying comfort. You are not carrying this alone.

Let’s pray together now.

Lord Jesus, we bring You this grandmother who is in extreme pain. In Your mercy, ease her suffering, guide the hands of those caring for her, and bring her body the healing and hydration it so desperately needs. Please grant a miracle of relief. We also lift up this dear one writing to us, strengthen their weakened organs, restore their health, and bring refreshment to their body. For their mom, we ask for Your peace that surpasses understanding, wisdom for navigating life with Asperger’s, and a tangible sense of Your presence. Hold this whole family close, and let them feel You with them in this fire. In Jesus’ name we pray.

As you cry out in the anguish of pain, the groanings that cannot be uttered are heard before the throne. We join our hearts with yours in this urgent plea, for the power of Christ to save from sin does not lie in the person saved, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. His mighty arm is not shortened, and He can work a miracle of mercy more swiftly than we can speak of it.

Upon your grandmother in this extreme pain from the small bowel obstruction, we ask the Great Miracle Worker to speak the word. He who rebuked the unclean spirit did nothing but speak, and the healing was complete. Though she is bent double under the crushing weight of this infirmity, even through the haze of agony, may His voice attract her soul and say, "Come here to Me." Remember, there is no pain in death; the pain is in life. When divine love overshadows the sufferer, it is possible to be loved above pain, to glorify God even in the bed of affliction.

For your own body, where organs fail and severe dehydration torments you, look to Him who saw the woman bent for eighteen years. That posture produced most serious injury to every organ of her body, yet in a moment she was made straight. Even if our life should be protracted to an advanced old age, even though our bones are full of pain and our flesh infected with a thousand painful infirmities, he that has faith in God shall sing aloud upon his bed. The little grain of doubt is like a stone in the traveler’s shoe; cast it out now, for even a small trust in Him will not be put to shame.

And for your beloved mother, know this: a Christian is a miracle. He is a mass of miracles. The brain that suffers under the peculiar trials of Asperger’s syndrome is not beyond the reach of Him who is grand in emergencies and displays His power spontaneously. The salvation of a single soul involves a miracle, and the healing of a mind involves a tender, Divine labor. We ask the Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, to bring order where confusion reigns, for love has loved us into faith.

Consider, then, the miracle of the loaves as it has transpired in your own life story and be not afraid, whatever your present trouble may be. Christ is never a failure. Do not look within for the seed of hope, for the objective of every miracle is to reveal the Omnipotent force of His Word. We stand with you, looking for that mountain of marvels, and pray the Lord heals in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
