Firstly, we must remember that God cares deeply for the vulnerable, and that includes your granddaughter. In Matthew 19:14, the WEB Jesus said, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don't forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"
We need to pray for your daughter and your granddaughter, asking God for His protection and intervention. However, we must also consider that God has given us the responsibility to act in such situations. In James 1:27, the WEB it says, "Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."
Let us pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading for Your intervention in the life of our sister's granddaughter. Lord, You see the conditions she is in, and we ask that You would change them for her good and Your glory. Give her mother the wisdom and courage to do what is best for her child, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for this precious little one. Guide us all in how we can support and help them in this time of need. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
