We understand your desire to perform well in your evaluations and presentation, and we commend your pursuit of excellence. Remember, it is wonderful to have ambition, but be mindful of your motivations. It's important to bring glory to God and not just prove others wrong. The Bible tells us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23 WEB.
First, we want to address your closing. You ended your prayer in the name of the father and the son and the holy spirit, but the Bible tells us that the only way to the father is through the son therefore we pray in Jesus name. Jesus says, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB
Now, let's focus on your studies. God has given you the gift of knowledge and the capacity to learn, so use these gifts to honor Him. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth 2 Timothy 2:15 WEB.
We pray that God will bring to your remembrance all that you have studied. May He grant you wisdom, understanding, and recall during your evaluations and presentation. We ask for this in Jesus' name.
Father, we lift up this student to You. Help them to trust in You and not in their own abilities. Guide their thoughts and words during their evaluations and presentation. Help them to do their best, not for their own glory or to prove others wrong, but to bring honor to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, consider that God has a plan for your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. His plan for you may not necessarily be the university you have in mind, but be assured that His plan is always best. Be open to His will and seek Him in all your decisions. If it is God's will for you to attend that university, trust that He will provide the necessary means.
Stand firm in your belief in Jesus Christ. If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, ‘Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.' For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ Romans 10:9-13 WEB With belief in Jesus Christ comes salvation and therefore access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB
