We understand that you're facing distressing situations due to your neighbor's behavior, including gossip, spying, and inappropriate conduct. We're here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.
Firstly, it's crucial to address the heart of the matter. We need to remember that we are human and were once enmeshed in the same cycle as it is mentioned in Titus 3:3 For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. However, as believers, we are called to live differently.
It's important to acknowledge the scripture you mentioned in Galatians 5:20-21. This is the word of God warning us that: idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The conduct of your neighbors mirrors what the Bible warns against. However, we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention. We pray for our dear one who is facing distress due to their neighbors' actions. We rebuke the spirits of gossip, idleness, manipulation, and jealousy that are at work. We ask You to bless and protect the home and space, and to give them wisdom and grace to handle this situation. We also pray for the neighbors, that their hearts may be changed and turned towards You. Father we also pray for our dear one's renewal and strength in the name of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus name we pray for you and your neighbors. We pray for your neighbors to turn away from these sins as well.
May you be encouraged, as the Bible reminds us in Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
May you give praise to God in all circumstances. We hope that the words of Psalm 27:14 Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. May this sustain you and give you hope and keep your eyes focused on Jesus Christ.
Moving forward, consider how you can be a light in this situation. Be mindful of your actions and reactions, remembering that our actions should be a reflection of Christ in us. Matthew 5:16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
Lastly, always remember the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. Continue to trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight.
