PRAYING FOR GOOD PAYING AND WITH CONCERN STUDENT TENANT TO MY APARTMENT, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN

We join you in prayer, seeking a good tenant for your apartment, one who is responsible and considerate, and we are delighted to see an invocation of Jesus' name.
Let us remember the words of Proverbs 22:1, "A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold." We only want the best for you. Let's pray.
Almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, asking for Your guidance and provision. We pray for a good tenant for this apartment, someone who is responsible, pays on time, and is considerate of the property and neighbors. We ask that You provide someone who is a student of Your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray that You send the right person, who will be a blessing not only as a tenant but also in the community. We trust in Your promise (Matthew 7:7), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you."
We also take this opportunity to pray for the future tenant. We pray they will be diligent in their studies and will not be distracted by the temporary pleasures of this world (1 Corinthians 7:35). We pray for their spiritual growth and that they will be a light to those around them.
Lastly, we commend your request as it specifically used the name of Jesus. The Bible teaches that "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB).
We also know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."). Let's remember this verse as well, "For 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' (Romans 10:13 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
