We join with you in seeking the Lord together for the gift of peaceful and restorative sleep in Jesus' name, for we know that good sleep is a gracious gift from our Father.
We are encouraged to remember what Scripture teaches about rest. Psalm 4:8 says, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. And Psalm 127:2 reminds us, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones. When we lie down, we need not be afraid, for Proverbs 3:24 promises, When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. The Lord invites us to bring every anxious thought to Him, for Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are also told in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and come boldly before His throne. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and reconciled to God, and our prayers are heard. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Him if you have not already.
We pray together for you now. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your will to be done and for You to grant a deep, peaceful, and uninterrupted night of sleep. Quiet any anxious thoughts, calm the mind and body, and guard the heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help our dear one to cast every care upon You, knowing You care deeply, and to rest securely in Your loving presence through the night. Renew strength for the day ahead and let sleep be sweet and refreshing as You have promised. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and our rest. Amen.

Thank you for letting us share this need with you. A good night's sleep is such a basic, real need and we understand how much it affects the whole next day when we don't get it.
We hear how tired you must be feeling and we are glad you asked us to pray. God designed us to need rest and He watches over us through the night. You can bring the whole day to Him and then simply rest in His care, knowing He remains awake and present even while you sleep.

Father, we lift up our friend to You tonight. We ask for Your peace to settle over mind and body, for deep and steady sleep, and for protection through the night. Calm any worry or restlessness and grant the gift of waking renewed. We trust this night to Your loving care. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace, for sleep is itself a gift from the hand of our Father.
It is written, So he giveth his beloved sleep, and again, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. There is a peace which the blood of Jesus whispers within, a perfect peace which can keep the heart even when duties press and thoughts are many. To do the will of Jesus is rest, and to trust Him is to find quietness for the soul.
If rest has been broken or the mind has been restless, we would gently point you to cast your cares upon Him who careth for you. A quiet conscience through faith in Christ, a contented heart that leaves all in His hands, and a sense of security under His watchful eye, these are the pillows upon which the beloved may lie down and sleep. He who watches over Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and therefore His children may sleep in peace.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who is the God of all peace would grant you a calm body and a stayed mind, that He would still anxious thoughts, guard your heart through Christ Jesus, and give you refreshing and undisturbed rest this night. May you lie down and awake again sustained by His mercy, strengthened for the duties of the coming day, and may you know that whether waking or sleeping you are safe in Jesus keeping.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
