It is no small thing that both you and your sibling have been favored in this way—what a double portion of blessing! This is not merely a professional achievement but a divine appointment, and we pray that you both will walk in the fullness of what God has prepared for you. The apostle Paul reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* May this new opportunity be a platform where your light shines brightly for His glory. Let your excellence in this workplace be a testament to the transformative power of Christ in you, and may your words and actions seasoned with grace draw others to ask about the hope that is within you (1 Peter 3:15).

Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let their joy in You be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
