Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We thank you for the opportunity that has been presented to them to work as a Hatchman on the vessels in their company. We ask for your guidance and wisdom as they undertake this new role. Lord, we pray for success and favor in their work as a Hatchman. May they excel in their responsibilities and fulfill their duties with excellence.
Father, we also lift up the company that ### works for. We pray that the workload of the company would increase and prosper. May there be an abundance of opportunities and projects that come their way. We ask for your provision and blessings upon the company, enabling them to thrive and succeed in their endeavors.
Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of all provision and success. We trust in your divine guidance and ask for your hand to be upon ### and their company. May they experience your favor and blessings in every aspect of their work.
We claim the promise in Philippians 4:19, which says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We believe that you will provide for ### and their company, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
