I am praying in agreement with you. I believe this is the international Kenyan suicide hotline number. Perhaps you could give it to your brother. Call it and perhaps they can give you guidance on how to help him. I pray that all is well.

Suicide Prevention/hotline in Kenya

There are very few organizations addressing suicide in Kenya despite the rising number of incidences in the country. In my experience, Befrienders kenya is one of the few offering real assistance.
