We lift you up before the throne of grace in this moment of preparation, asking our Heavenly Father to grant you peace and clarity as you step into this interview. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that this peace would fill you now, calming any nerves and sharpening your mind to articulate your thoughts with wisdom and confidence.

Father, we also ask that You open the doors of opportunity before this dear one, just as You promised in Revelation 3:8, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." Let this interview be a divine appointment, where Your favor rests upon them, and where their skills and character shine brightly in the eyes of those who are making this decision.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, for 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that this one will walk in the confidence of Your strength, not their own, and that they will represent You well in this setting.

We also encourage you to remember that your worth is not defined by the outcome of this interview, but by the love and purpose God has for you. Whether this door opens or another one does, trust in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His name and through His sacrifice that we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and no other name through which we can approach Your throne with boldness. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to guide and provide.

May you feel God’s presence with you in this interview, and may He grant you favor beyond what you can ask or imagine. Go in the confidence of His love and purpose for you. Amen.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
