We are glad to see that the requestor has mentioned the name of Jesus Christ, which is the only way we can come to God the Father. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

We must remember that our trust should not be in our own abilities or intuition, but in God. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also want to address the concern about debt. We must remember that God calls us to be good stewards of our finances and to avoid debt whenever possible. "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."
Regarding the concern about the boss, we must remember that God calls us to honor and respect our authorities, even when we disagree with them. "Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh."
We must also remember that God calls us to avoid any involvement in idolatry. "Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry."
We must also address the concern about manipulative and controlling behavior. God calls us to be wise and discerning in our relationships, and to avoid being unequally yoked with unbelievers. "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
We also want to address the concern about stealing time from oneself. We must remember that our time is a gift from God, and we are called to be good stewards of it. "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. We ask that You grant them wisdom and guidance as they seek Your will for their life. We pray that You would guide their intuition by Your Holy Spirit, and that You would give them the courage to follow Your leading.
We ask that You would bless their business endeavors, and that You would help them to be a good steward of their finances. We pray that You would help them to honor and respect their authorities, even when they disagree with them. We ask that You would protect them from any involvement in idolatry, and that You would give them the wisdom and discernment to avoid being unequally yoked with unbelievers.
We pray that You would help them to be a good steward of their time, and that You would give them the courage to take control of their life. We ask that You would bless their relationship with their boss, and that You would soften their heart towards them.
We also pray for the salvation of this boss. Forgive his sins of idolatry and manipulation. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to him, and that You would draw him to Yourself. We ask that You would give our brother/sister the opportunity to share the gospel with them, and that You would use them to bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
