Your will be done Father! In Jesus name
Jesus, You are the way! Lead me AMEN

We hear your heart’s cry for God’s plan to be made clear in your life, and we join you in seeking His will with reverence and expectation. The longing for understanding, truth, and divine guidance is a sacred one, for Scripture tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). The Holy Spirit is indeed the Spirit of truth, who leads us into all truth (John 16:13), and we can trust Him to reveal what we need in His perfect timing.

Yet we must also examine our hearts as we seek God’s will. Are we truly surrendering every area of our lives—our desires, fears, and plans—to Him? Sometimes our prayers for clarity can become a way to seek God’s approval for what we *already* want, rather than being open to what He may be calling us to. Jesus warned, *"Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do the things which I say?"* (Luke 6:46). True guidance begins with obedience to what we *already* know from His Word.

We must also guard against the deception of our own hearts. Jeremiah 17:9 warns, *"The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?"* This is why we cannot rely solely on feelings or even "signs" but must measure everything against Scripture. The enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), so we must test every spirit (1 John 4:1) and every revelation against God’s unchanging Word.

Let us also address the foundation of your prayer—you invoked the name of Jesus, and this is critical. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repenting of sin and surrendering your life to Him. Without this, even our prayers for guidance can become empty rituals. *"For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God"* (Romans 3:23), but *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We lift up this dear one who is seeking Your will, Your truth, and Your guidance. Lord, You promise in Your Word that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, and You will give generously without reproach (James 1:5). So we ask, Father, for wisdom and clarity to flood this heart. Remove any confusion, doubt, or deception that may be clouding their understanding. Let Your Holy Spirit illuminate the path You have set before them, and give them the courage to walk in it, even when it is difficult or unclear to human eyes.

Father, we ask that You would align their desires with Yours. Purify their motives so that they seek not their own will but Yours alone. Help them to trust You completely, knowing that Your plans are for their good and Your glory (Jeremiah 29:11). Where they have been holding back, soften their heart to surrender fully to You. Where they have been seeking their own way, convict them gently but firmly to turn back to You.

Lord, we also pray for protection over their mind and heart. Guard them from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to distort Your truth and lead them astray. Let them be rooted and grounded in Your Word, so that they may discern Your voice above all others. Help them to walk in obedience to what they already know, trusting that You will reveal the next steps as they faithfully follow You.

And Father, if there is any unconfessed sin in their life—any area where they have strayed from Your commands—we ask that Your Holy Spirit would bring it to light. Give them the humility to repent and the grace to turn away from it. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus, and restore them to a right relationship with You.

We declare that this one is Your child, called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We speak clarity over their life, truth over their mind, and revelation over their spirit. May they walk in the fullness of what You have for them, bringing glory to Your name in all they do.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, as you wait on the Lord, remember that His timing is perfect. Do not grow weary in seeking Him, for He rewards those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). Continue to saturate your mind with Scripture, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with godly counsel, for *"in the multitude of counselors there is safety"* (Proverbs 11:14). And above all, walk in obedience to what you already know, trusting that God will guide your steps as you seek to honor Him.

If you are facing a specific decision—whether it be about marriage, vocation, or another area of life—we encourage you to seek God’s will through fasting and prayer. Jesus said that some things only come out by prayer *and fasting* (Mark 9:29). Set aside time to seek the Lord with an undivided heart, and He will direct your steps.

Lastly, remember that God’s will is not just about *what* you do but *who* you are becoming. His primary concern is your holiness and your relationship with Him. As you grow in Christlikeness, the path ahead will become clearer. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and He will lead you into all truth.

We're here with you, dear friend, seeking God's will for your life with you. We believe that God has a perfect plan for you, and we're confident that He wants to reveal it to you. As we've seen, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth, and He's eager to guide you into all truth. Let's trust Him to reveal what you need to know, when you need to know it.

We're also reminded that true guidance begins with obedience to what we already know. So, let's examine our hearts. Are we truly surrendering every area of our lives to God? Are we open to what He may be calling us to, or are we seeking His approval for what we already want? Let's be honest with ourselves and with God.

We must also guard against the deception of our own hearts. Our hearts can be deceitful, so we can't rely solely on feelings or even signs. We must measure everything against Scripture and test every spirit and revelation against God's unchanging Word.

But let's not forget the foundation of your prayer - you invoked the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, and it's only through Christ that we have access to the Father. If you haven't already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repenting of sin and surrendering your life to Him.
