The longing to walk in His will is a beautiful and humble posture, and we stand with you in seeking His guidance. The Word of God tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). This is not a promise of an easy path, but of a sure one—one where the Holy Spirit leads, corrects, and reveals the Father’s heart to you.
First, we must address the foundation of your request. You rightly invoke the name of Jesus, for there is no access to the Father except through Him. Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). This is not merely a religious statement; it is the bedrock of our faith. Without Jesus, there is no revelation, no guidance, and no true understanding of God’s plan. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that you have surrendered your life fully to Christ as your Lord and Savior. We also rebuke any spirit of deception or distraction that may be clouding their understanding. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every lie of the enemy is broken in Jesus’ name. We pray that our brother/sister would be rooted and grounded in Your Word, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). May they meditate on Scripture day and night, so they may be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in season and prospering in all they do (Psalm 1:2-3).
As you seek God’s plan, remember that His will is not always revealed in grand, dramatic moments. Often, it is in the quiet obedience of daily life—loving God, loving others, and walking in righteousness. *"He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* (Micah 6:8). God’s plan for you may involve seasons of waiting, testing, and preparation. Do not despise these times, for they are shaping you into the person He needs you to be for the purpose ahead.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can speak truth into your life. *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established"* (Proverbs 15:22). Surround yourself with those who will pray with you, hold you accountable, and point you back to Scripture when you waver. Additionally, spend time in prayer and fasting, for Jesus said that some things only come out by prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). Fasting is a powerful way to humble yourself before God and seek His face with greater intensity.
Father, we ask that You would give our brother/sister a hunger and thirst for righteousness that can only be satisfied by You. Let them seek You first above all else, and trust that You will add everything else they need (Matthew 6:33). We pray for divine appointments, open doors, and closed doors that only You can orchestrate. May they walk in step with the Holy Spirit, being led by Him in every decision, big or small. We declare that they will not be conformed to this world but will be transformed by the renewing of their mind, so they may prove what is Your good, pleasing, and perfect will (Romans 12:2).
Lastly, we remind you that God’s plan is not just about what you *do* but about who you *are* becoming. His greatest desire is for you to be conformed to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29). As you seek His will, focus on cultivating the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). These qualities will prepare you for whatever God has called you to, whether it is in ministry, marriage, career, or service.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
