We come before the Lord with a humble and seeking heart, lifting up this request for understanding, clarity, truth, guidance, and revelation. It is beautiful to see a heart longing to align with God’s will and to walk in His ways. The cry for the Holy Spirit’s touch and the acknowledgment of Jesus as the Way are foundational to receiving the answers you seek.
First, let us affirm that God’s Word is the ultimate source of truth and guidance. The psalmist declares, *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105 WEB). When we seek God’s plan, we must begin by immersing ourselves in Scripture, for it is through His Word that He speaks and reveals His will. The Holy Spirit, whom you have invoked, is our Helper and Guide, leading us into all truth. Jesus promised, *"However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming"* (John 16:13 WEB). Trust in the Spirit’s work to illuminate your heart and mind as you seek the Lord.
It is also essential to approach this pursuit with a surrendered heart. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (WEB). God’s plans are often beyond our human understanding, but when we submit to Him, He directs our steps. Surrendering our desires, fears, and uncertainties to Him opens the door for His revelation to flow. Remember, His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). We must trust that His plan, though sometimes mysterious, is perfect and for our good.
Let us also address the importance of prayer and fellowship with God. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). Prayer is not just about presenting our requests but aligning our hearts with God’s will. Spend time in His presence, listening as much as speaking. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
