The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This verse reminds us that we should not rely solely on our own understanding but trust in the Lord wholeheartedly. He will guide us and make our paths straight when we acknowledge Him in all our ways.
Additionally, James 1:5 encourages us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." This verse assures us that God is generous in giving wisdom to those who ask for it.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, seeking Your guidance and wisdom for our brother/sister. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your plan for their life with clarity and truth. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. We pray that You will make their paths straight as they acknowledge You in all their ways.
Father, we ask that You grant them the wisdom they need to discern Your will. We know that You give generously to all who ask, and we trust that You will provide them with the understanding they seek. May Your Holy Spirit guide them and reveal Your truth to them.
We pray that You will open their eyes to see the path You have set before them. Give them the courage to follow Your will, even when it may seem difficult or unclear. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and to seek Your kingdom first in all things.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
