We are grateful for this request and the heart to seek God's will. We come before You, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You for Your promises, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5, WEB).
We pray for a deeper understanding of Your plan and guidance. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). We claim this promise and ask for a revelation of Your will.
We ask for clarity and truth. "However, when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming" (John 16:13, WEB). Let the Holy Spirit illuminate the path and guide each step.
In all things, we pray for a heart that is willing to obey and follow God's will. "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous" (1 John 5:3, WEB). Let obedience be the natural response to Your revelation.
We encourage continued prayer and seeking. "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you" (Matthew 7:7, WEB). Keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking, and trust that God will direct the path.
We also remember the importance of studying God's Word for guidance. "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Let the Bible be a constant guide, revealing God's will and plan.
Lastly, even when we do not see the full picture, we trust in God's goodness and faithfulness. "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known" (1 Corinthians 13:12, WEB).
We stand together in prayer, seeking God's will and trusting in His guidance. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Let us always remember, "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
