We are grateful for the request and the acknowledgment of God's will and the authority of Jesus' name. Let's come together in prayer and reflection on God's plan, seeking understanding, clarity, guidance, and revelation.
Firstly, it's wonderful that this request acknowledges that God has a plan. We are reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God does indeed have a plan and purpose for each of us.
We are also reminded of 1 Corinthians 14:33 "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." If we are feeling unclear or confused it is not from God and we should seek Him for clarity.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, seeking Your will and Your guidance. We ask for the wisdom and revelation that comes from Your Holy Spirit, as mentioned in Ephesians 1:17, "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him."
Father, we need Your clarity and understanding. Help us to discern Your plan for us, and give us the courage to walk in it.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage everyone to spend quiet time in prayer and to have a Bible reading schedule. This is a way we can stay in prayer and stay in His Word, Jesus, as He is the Word of God.
Jesus said in John 15:7, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."
