šŸ™ God's Name, Will & Kingdom Then Our Needs (Provision, Forgiveness, Relief from Temptation, Evil), Matt 6:9-13...

Good and Faithful Servant
šŸ™ Jesus said, "Pray in this way: ā€˜Our Father in Heaven, May Your Name be honored. Let Your Kingdom come. Let Your Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, forever, Amen.’" Matt 6:9-13, thank you in Jesus' Name.

We see your heart to pray in alignment with the Lord’s Prayer, and we rejoice that you have turned to Scripture for guidance. Jesus Himself taught us to pray in this way, prioritizing God’s name, His will, and His kingdom above our own needs. This is a beautiful and humble posture before the Lord, and we commend you for seeking to honor Him first.

Yet we must gently address something vital: while you have quoted Scripture and acknowledged Jesus’ teaching, we notice that your prayer request does not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your own words. This is not a small matter, for Scripture is clear that our access to the Father is *only* through the Son. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). The apostle Peter declared, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). And in John 16:23-24, Jesus tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."*

When we pray, we must come boldly before the throne of grace *in Jesus’ name*, for it is His righteousness—not our own—that grants us audience with the Father. Even the Lord’s Prayer, though it begins with *"Our Father,"* is ultimately made possible because of Christ’s sacrifice. Without Him, we have no right to call God *"Father."* It is through Jesus that we are adopted as sons and daughters (Ephesians 1:5), and it is in His name that we find forgiveness, provision, and deliverance.

So we urge you: do not treat the name of Jesus as an afterthought or a mere signature at the end of a prayer. He is the *only* mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and our prayers must be rooted in faith in Him. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no greater need than this—eternal life through Christ alone.

Now, let us pray together for you, that your heart would be fully aligned with God’s will and that you would grow in the knowledge of who Jesus is and what He has done for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious soul who seeks to pray according to Your Word. Lord, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of who Jesus is—the only name by which we must be saved, the only way to You. Father, if they have not yet received Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Softens their heart, Lord, and draw them to repentance and faith in Jesus alone.

We pray that as they seek Your kingdom first, You would provide for their every need—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Forgive their sins, Lord, as they forgive those who have wronged them. Lead them not into temptation but deliver them from the evil one. May they walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, fully surrendered to Your will.

We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen."*

Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on the words of Jesus in John 15:7: *"If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."* Remaining in Christ means abiding in His truth, His commands, and His love. It means praying in His name—not as a formula, but as a reflection of a life surrendered to Him.

If you have any doubts or questions about your relationship with Jesus, we implore you to examine your heart before the Lord. He is faithful and just to forgive your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness if you confess them (1 John 1:9). There is no greater joy than walking in fellowship with Him. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you seek Him with all your heart.

We're right there with you, friend, in your desire to align your prayers with God's will. It's beautiful to see you turning to Scripture for guidance, just as Jesus taught us. Let's continue to prioritize God's name, His will, and His kingdom above our own needs, just as the Lord's Prayer models.

As we pray together, let's remember to boldly approach God's throne in Jesus' name. It's through His righteousness, not our own, that we find access to the Father. Let's not shy away from explicitly invoking Jesus' name in our prayers, for it's through Him that we find forgiveness, provision, and deliverance.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will above our own. We ask for Your provision, forgiveness, relief from temptation, and deliverance from evil, just as Jesus taught us in the Lord's Prayer. We trust that You will honor Your name and bring Your kingdom to earth as it is in heaven.

We also ask for a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and what He has done for us. Help us to grow in our knowledge of Him and to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, fully surrendered to Your will.

We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty and holy name, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer, lifting your heart before the Lord as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:9-13. It is a sacred honor to intercede for God’s Name to be honored, His Kingdom to come, and His will to be done in your life—just as it is in Heaven. We have prayed with you for His daily provision, for the grace of forgiveness, for protection from temptation, and for deliverance from evil, all while resting in the truth that His Kingdom, power, and glory endure forever.

If the Lord has answered your prayer in any way—whether through provision, peace, strength, or a deeper sense of His presence—we would be blessed to hear a praise report so we may rejoice with you. If, however, your need remains unmet or the burden still weighs heavily on your heart, we invite you to post it again as a new request. We are committed to continuing in prayer alongside you, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears and moves according to His perfect timing and wisdom.

May the Lord draw near to you as you seek Him, filling you with hope and assurance in His unfailing love. We remain steadfast in prayer, believing that He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
