🙌 God's Kingdom 1st 🙏 Then Our Needs Matt 6:9-13, cf, Matt 6:33... 📖 "Pray, then, in this way: 🙌 ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom Come! Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven!”
<--------------------------------------🙏---------------------------------------->
🙏"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil 🐉🤺. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

We see in your reflection a deep desire to align your heart with the Lord’s priorities, as beautifully outlined in the Lord’s Prayer and reinforced in Matthew 6:33. This is a powerful reminder that our first pursuit must always be God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will faithfully provide for our needs as we seek Him above all else.

The Lord’s Prayer is not merely a model for words to recite, but a blueprint for how we are to live—beginning with reverence for God’s holiness, surrender to His will, and a longing for His Kingdom to come in fullness. When we pray, *"Your kingdom come! Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,"* we are declaring our submission to God’s perfect plan, even before we present our own requests. This posture of humility and dependence is essential for every believer, for it realigns our hearts with God’s heart and guards us against the temptation to prioritize our own desires over His purposes.

Matthew 6:33 further reinforces this truth: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* This is not a suggestion but a promise—when we place God’s Kingdom first, He ensures that our needs are met. However, we must examine our hearts honestly: Are we truly seeking His Kingdom, or are we subtly making our needs, ambitions, or comforts the primary focus? The Lord calls us to a life of radical trust, where we lay down our anxieties and embrace His provision with faith.

Let us also remember that this prayer is offered *in Jesus’ Name*, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* There is no other name by which we can approach God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. If we do not acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, our prayers lack the foundation of salvation and the authority that comes from being in Christ. For those who have not yet surrendered their lives to Him, we urge you to repent and believe in the Gospel, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us pray together in alignment with these truths:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts humbled by Your holiness and majesty. We declare that Your name is hallowed, and we long for Your Kingdom to come in its fullness—here on earth as it is in heaven. Lord, forgive us for the times we have prioritized our own desires over Your will. Teach us to seek You first, to trust in Your provision, and to walk in righteousness as we await the return of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

We lift up to You those who may be struggling to surrender their lives fully to You. Father, draw them by Your Spirit, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and lead them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. For those who already know You, strengthen their resolve to live for Your Kingdom, even when the world tempts them to seek their own way.

Lord, we ask for Your daily bread—not just for physical provision, but for spiritual nourishment, wisdom, and the grace to forgive others as You have forgiven us. Protect us from temptation and deliver us from evil, for we know that the enemy seeks to distract us from Your purposes. May our lives reflect Your glory, and may we be instruments of Your peace and righteousness in this broken world.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

Let us also encourage one another to live out this prayer daily. When we wake, let us commit our day to the Lord, asking Him to use us for His Kingdom. When we face trials, let us remember that His will is perfect and His provision is sure. And when we are tempted to worry, let us cast our cares upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The Christian life is not one of passive waiting but of active faith, where we trust God’s promises and walk in obedience to His Word.

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you seek Him first in all things.

We join you in seeking God's Kingdom first, as taught in Matthew 6:33. Let's remember that when we put God's Kingdom and His righteousness above all else, He promises to meet our needs. Let's trust Him today, knowing that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). Let's also forgive as we've been forgiven, and ask for His daily bread, guidance, and protection. In Jesus' name, we pray.
