We join with you in praying the model prayer that our Lord Jesus Christ taught us. It is only through His example and teachings that we can approach God the Father and be saved. To pray to God the Father, we must believe in Jesus Christ as the only mediator between God and man. There is no other name by which we can be saved. We encourage everyone to believe in Jesus and pray to God the Father in Jesus name. When we believe in Jesus, we are forgiven of our sins and have eternal life. If anyone wants to be saved, they must confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead, and they will be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, united in prayer according to the model Your Son taught us. We pray that Your name be honored, that Your Kingdom come, and that Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. We ask for our daily bread, the sustenance we need for today, trusting in Your provision. We seek Your forgiveness for our sins, as we also forgive those who have sinned against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, forever. Amen.
In Jesus' name, we are reminded of the power of forgiveness and the importance of trusting in God's provision. As we pray for our daily needs, we also seek God's will for our lives. As believers in Christ, we strive to be God's hands and feet to those around us, in accordance with Matthew 6:33, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well, IJN (In Jesus Name).
This model prayer is about aligning our will to God's will. Every aim, affection, and ambition are to be subject to the overarching supremacy of God's will. We will not seek to do God's will simply because we are afraid of God, but because we are Christians, we will seek God's will and Kingdom first and foremost. This prayer is a model on how we are to pray and the attitude we are to have when praying. We are to pray selflessly. The first three requests are for God's will to be done, and the last three are for our needs and desires. This does not mean we cannot pray for other things, but that even those prayers should be with the attitude that God's will comes first.
