God's Honor and Our Needs, Matt 6:9-13

We are grateful for your prayer request and your heart to honor God and seek His provision. Let's pray together in Jesus' name: We come together to lift up this prayer to You, our Father in heaven. Hallowed be Your name, Yahweh. We long for Your kingdom to come and Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We ask for Your provision, that You would give us today our daily bread. We trust in Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We do not worry, for You know our needs before we ask Matthew 6:8. You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and we trust in You.
We also ask for forgiveness, as we forgive those who have wronged us. You have shown us mercy, so we show mercy to others. We remember Romans 5:8, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. We put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11. We ask for Your guidance and protection.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name, for You have said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it John 14:14." It is in Jesus' name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We encourage you to continually come before God with your needs. We remember 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Trust in God, for He is faithful to provide and protect.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
