God's Covering Purchace Of Home

Please pray for my mom and I as we close the escrow on the mobile home she is purchasing. (we will live together) I am feeling a little stressed as there was a packet of info. For us to sign, but also had instructions for us to get inspections and for us as buyers to check on certain specific things, which I did not know about. The RE agent did not go over it with us or tell us what to do with forms, or check to see if we were doing any research, sooo I’m just praying hard that there is nothing wrong with the home that we do not know about. We got a general inspection, and a termite inspection. Other than that, there were other things we should have been looking into that I did not know about. So please pray God’s help and protection over these details. We are supposed to sign closing paper’s in the morning Thurs 6-28-12 and close Fri 29th.

Also please prayer for my 84yr old mom, that she would remain calm during the closing and not be stressed or upset. I’m praying over this transaction for God’s blessing in every area, and that it will truly be a blessed place to live, and a blessing for me and mom to be together as I begin caring for her as she ages. For good Christian neighbors, and a peaceful life for my mama.

I ask that you would give them wisdom and remove all stress from them . I pray father that you would give them direction regarding this purchase. You said father that all things that are in darkness shall come to light. I pray if this realtor has not been forthright in anyway. That you would reveal it immediately. I pray as they go over these contracts and paperwork. I pray that they would have supernatural understanding. I pray that there would not be any thing hidden from them. I pray that the realtor would have their best interest at heart. I pray that you would also shed a light on any mechanical or safety issues regarding this home. Lord assist them, with getting an inspection. That will make sure that this house has no secrets, or problems that could end up costing this family thousands of dollars or the safety of their lives. Father God I pray that you would move in this situation right away. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
