God's 1st Commandment

Dear Father in Heaven,

Thank you so much for hearing and responding to our humble prayers. Thank you for your forgiveness of our sins, thank you for your wisdom and mercy, and thank you for your everlasting love for all of us who come to Your altar as we humbly try to return Your love.

"And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment."​

(Mark 12:30)​

Without You Dear Lord, we are so vulnerable to the evil machinations and deceptions of this carnal world ruled by the sons of Satan. Only by surrendering ourselves to become Your spirit-begotten children of Your Divine Family, we gain the strength and power to wage spiritual warfare against those who avoid, ignore, gossip, discriminate, persecute, conspire and hate us. In Your Word, we find truth and inspiration. 

"What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"​

 (Romans 8:31)
 ​

As long as we honour Your First Holy Commandment, we will survive and thrive unto eternal life within Your Heavenly Kingdom.

"This is the first and great commandment."​

(Matthew 22:38)​

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
