We hear your cry for relief from suffering, and our hearts ache with yours. In times like these, it is crucial to remember that our Heavenly Father is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us come before the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, who is feeling overwhelmed by suffering. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You know the depths of their pain. We ask that You would draw near to them, comfort them with Your presence, and grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray that You would provide them with the strength to endure this trial, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope (Romans 5:3-4). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with Your love and the support of godly brothers and sisters who can uplift them in prayer and encouragement.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this dear one. Guide them to seek professional help if needed, as it is wise to gain counsel from others (Proverbs 11:14). Provide them with the resources and people who can offer godly support and assistance.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this suffering will not have the final say, for we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Take heart, dear one, for the Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? The Lord is the stronghold of your life—of whom shall you be afraid? (Psalm 27:1). Though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you will fear no evil, for God is with you; His rod and His staff, they comfort you (Psalm 23:4). We encourage you to meditate on God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that this season of suffering is temporary, but the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2).

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring you through this trial. May He fill you with His hope, peace, and comfort as you wait on Him. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and He will renew your strength; you will mount up with wings like eagles, you will run and not grow weary, you will walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Amen.

Me again.
God left me a long time ago in another very dark time in my life. I guess He knew then that I'm ###. He doesn't care about me.
Temporary season, huh? It's been more than a year. I'm tired of waiting.
