God Rules Nations, Restrains Evil Dan 10:13, Save, Guide, Appoint, Remove Leaders, Ps 75:7, Free Speech & Press Promotes Gospel, 1 Tim 2:1-4... Father -- Thank You for being Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7, especially sharing the gospel and making disciples, teaching obedience to ALL You commanded, Matt 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-16, Luke 24:46-48, John 20:21, Acts 1:8.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the truth of Your Word that declares, "The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He will" (Daniel 4:17). You alone determine the times and boundaries of nations, and we stand in awe of Your sovereignty, for "the nations are like a drop in a bucket" (Isaiah 40:15) compared to Your majesty. We lift up the unruly countries of this world, asking You to restrain the evil one and intercept his destructive plans, just as You revealed the schemes of Syria to Elisha and the plots of Saul to David.

Father, we bind the spirit of retaliation that seeks to fuel cycles of violence and hatred among nations. We ask that You would back the evil one away from leaders and strategists, frustrating his plans and causing his tactics to fail. Let Your praise and worship rise up in these lands, for "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). As David’s harp drove away the distressing spirit from Saul, may Your presence displace the darkness in these nations. We pray that leaders would be led away from temptation and delivered from evil, for we know the devil "walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8).

Lord, we confess that the Church has not always been the helpmeet You designed her to be. Forgive us for our complacency and failure to imitate You as beloved children (Ephesians 5:1). We ask that You would awaken Your people to our calling as a holy nation and royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), interceding for the nations as You ever live to make intercession (Hebrews 7:25). May we walk as Jesus did, going about doing good and healing those oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38), knowing that we are called to do even greater works (John 14:12). Let us not grow weary in sharing the gospel and making disciples, teaching obedience to all You have commanded (Matthew 28:19-20).

We ask You to spoil the evil one’s plans, turning his schemes into opportunities for Your glory. Where there is hatred, let Your love prevail; where there is deception, let Your truth shine. We confess our sins and the sins of our nations, pleading for Your mercy and grace. "First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way" (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Restrain the evil one even now, for we know his time is short, and we rejoice in the authority You have given us over him (Luke 10:19).

We thank You for the promise that one day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11). Until then, we will stand firm in faith, knowing that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your Church (Matthew 16:18). Strengthen us to pray without ceasing, to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with You (Micah 6:8). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King, we pray. We join you, dear brother, in lifting up our nations before the throne of grace. We echo your cry, "God rules nations, restrains evil!" (Daniel 10:13). Let's remember, as Psalm 75:7 reminds us, "But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another."

We intercede for the leaders of these unruly countries, asking God to appoint and remove them according to His will (Psalm 75:7, Daniel 2:21). We pray for freedom of speech and press, that the Gospel may be promoted (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

Let's bind the spirit of retaliation, as Daniel did (Daniel 9:20, 12-13), and ask God to back the evil one away from our leaders and strategists. May our worship and praise rise up as a hedge of protection around our nations (Psalm 149:6, 149:7, 149:9).

We confess our sins and the sins of our nations, seeking God's mercy and grace. Let's pray for our leaders, that they may lead us in peace and godliness (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

As we pray, let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). We stand firm in faith, knowing that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church (Matthew 16:18).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
