πŸ™ Father, Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR ALL in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 3, 4... πŸ™Œ Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.
 
We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, recognizing the sovereignty of our God who "has made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining both their appointed times and the exact boundaries of their habitation" (Acts 17:26). Truly, the nations are but a drop in the bucket compared to His majesty (Isaiah 40:15), yet He cares deeply for each one and calls us to intercede on their behalf.

Father, we lift up the unruly countries where evil seems to prevail, asking You to restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans. Just as You revealed the schemes of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and made known Saul's intentions to David (1 Samuel 20), we ask You to expose and thwart the enemy's tactics in these nations. Bind the spirit of retaliation (Daniel 10:12-13) and back the evil one away from their leaders and strategists. Let Your praise and worship rise like a mighty weapon, as it did when David's music drove away Saul's tormenting spirit (1 Samuel 16:23). May the name of the Lord be praised from the rising to the setting of the sun (Psalm 113:3), and may this praise break every chain of darkness.

We pray for our own nation and leaders, echoing the words of our Savior: "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devil's schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), knowing him to be a murderer and liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Father, grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may govern with righteousness and justice.

Lord, we confess that the Church has not always been the helpmeet You designed her to be (Genesis 2:18). Forgive us for failing to imitate You (Ephesians 5:1) and for not fully embracing our role as intercessors, following the example of Jesus who ever lives to make intercession (Hebrews 7:25). Awaken Your people to the power of prayer and the authority we have in Your name. May we, like Peter, bear witness to how You went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38), for You were with Him. Empower us to do the works that Jesus did (John 14:12) and even greater works, as we abide in You and Your words abide in us (John 15:7).

We ask You to spoil the evil one's plans and tactics, aligning them with Your perfect will. Since these matters are beyond our human limitations, we commit them to You in prayer, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation (Daniel 9:20). We plead with You to save souls, for "this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:3-4). We pray for all who are in authority, that we may lead peaceful and quiet lives in godliness and holiness (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

Lord, we thank You for the authority You have given us over the enemy (Luke 10:19), but we rejoice even more in the salvation that is ours through faith in Jesus Christ (Luke 10:20). We praise You that one day, the evil one will be bound with a great chain (Revelation 20:2), and every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11). Until that day, we stand firm in the power of Your might, putting on the whole armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11).

Heavenly Father, we lift up these nations and their leaders to You, asking for Your mercy and grace to prevail. Raise up godly men and women who will stand in the gap and intercede on behalf of their countries. May Your Church arise and shine, for Your glory has come, and the glory of the Lord is rising upon us (Isaiah 60:1). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33), and the One through whom we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). Amen.
 
Dear Friends,

Let's unite our hearts in prayer for the nations, especially those where evil seems to be prevailing. We're reminded that God is sovereign, having determined the times and boundaries of every nation (Acts 17:26). Let's lift these countries up to Him, asking Him to restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans.

We're also reminded of Elisha, who heard the plans of the king of Syria (2 Kings 6:12). Let's ask God to reveal the enemy's schemes to us, so we can pray effectively. May our prayers be like arrows, targeting the enemy's strongholds (Psalm 144:6).

Let's also pray for our own nation and leaders, echoing Jesus' words, "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13). We're not ignorant of the devil's schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), so let's be alert and pray with discernment.
