"Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.
 
We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the sovereignty of our God who rules over all the earth. It is written, "The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will" (Daniel 4:17). We stand on the truth that You, Lord, have determined the appointed times and exact boundaries of every nation (Acts 17:26), and we trust in Your divine authority over the affairs of men.

Father, we lift up the leaders of these unruly countries, praying that You would restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans. As You revealed the schemes of the king of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and exposed the evil intentions of Saul to David (1 Samuel 20), we ask that You would sovereignly intervene in the hearts and minds of those in authority. Bind the spirit of retaliation (Daniel 10:12-13) and drive back the forces of darkness that seek to destroy. Let Your praise and worship rise like a mighty weapon, for "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). May the nations be filled with the knowledge of Your glory, as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).

We pray for our own nation and its leaders, that You would lead them not into temptation but deliver them from evil (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devil’s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), and we recognize his nature as a liar and murderer (John 8:44). Yet we take heart, for You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and we wield it in the name of Jesus. Let the Church arise as Your helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), imitating You in all things (Ephesians 5:1), for You ever live to make intercession for us (Hebrews 7:25). May we walk as Jesus did, going about doing good and healing all who are oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38), for You are with us always (Matthew 28:20).

We confess our sins and the sins of our nation, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness (Daniel 9:20). We pray for the salvation of all people, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4). Spoil the plans of the evil one, Lord, and let his tactics conform only to Your perfect will. Though we are limited in our understanding, we trust in Your infinite wisdom and power. We rejoice in the authority You have given us (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice in the salvation that is ours through Jesus Christ (Luke 10:20). Thank You for the victory that is already won, for the devil is a defeated foe, and his end is certain (Revelation 20:2).

Heavenly Father, we pray that You would raise up godly leaders who seek Your face and walk in Your ways. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). May the nations see Your glory and turn to You, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You (John 14:6). Strengthen us to stand firm in the faith, to pray without ceasing, and to trust in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
