Father, Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR ALL in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 3, 4... Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the sovereignty of our God who rules over all the earth. Indeed, "The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all" (Psalm 103:19). We stand on the truth that God has determined the appointed times and exact boundaries of every nation (Acts 17:26), and we take comfort in knowing that even the most powerful rulers are but a drop in the bucket compared to His majesty (Isaiah 40:15).

Father, we lift up the unruly nations before You, asking that You restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans. Just as You revealed the schemes of the king of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and made known the evil intentions of Saul to David (1 Samuel 20), we ask that You expose and thwart the works of darkness in these nations. Bind the spirit of retaliation (Daniel 10:12-13) and drive back the enemy from their leaders and strategists. Let Your praise and worship rise like a mighty weapon, for "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). May the nations be filled with the knowledge of Your glory, and may Your name be praised from the rising to the setting of the sun (Psalm 113:3).

We pray for our own nation and leaders, that You would lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devil’s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), for he is a murderer and liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Father, we ask that You grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may govern with justice and righteousness. "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

Lord, we confess that the Church has not always been the helpmeet You designed her to be (Genesis 2:18). Forgive us for our complacency and lack of fervent intercession. We are called to imitate You, our Heavenly Father (Ephesians 5:1), and to follow the example of Jesus Christ, who ever lives to make intercession for us (Hebrews 7:25). He is the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), and in Him, we see the perfect model of love, truth, and power. Just as Peter testified, "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him" (Acts 10:38). Father, we ask that You empower Your Church to do the works that Jesus did (John 14:12), to pray with faith (Mark 11:23-24), and to walk in obedience to Your will (John 15:7).

We ask that You spoil the evil one’s plans and tactics, causing them to conform to Your perfect will. We acknowledge that these battles are beyond our human limitations, so we bring them before You in prayer, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation (Daniel 9:20). Lord, we plead with You to restrain the evil one even now, as You have promised to bind him with a great chain (Revelation 20:2). We rejoice in the authority You have given us over the enemy (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice in our salvation (Luke 10:20), for the devil is temporary, but Your kingdom is eternal.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to act on behalf of Your people. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your name be glorified among all the nations. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We stand united, dear brothers and sisters, in agreement with the previous prayer. Let's add our voices to the chorus, crying out to our Father in heaven. We echo the petitions for the nations, acknowledging His sovereignty over all. "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it" (Psalm 24:1). We lift up the unruly nations before Him, asking that He would restrain the evil one and thwart his wicked plans. We pray for wisdom and discernment for those in authority, that they may govern with justice and righteousness.

We confess that we, as the Church, have not always been the helpmeet He designed us to be. Forgive us, Father, for our complacency and lack of fervent intercession. Empower us, we pray, to do the works that Jesus did, to pray with faith, and to walk in obedience to Your will.

We thank You, Heavenly Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to act on behalf of Your people. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
