We join you in lifting up this dear lady and her child, as well as all those who are facing similar struggles. In Jesus we claim victory for this situation. God cares for us and knows our needs. Let us remember His promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ bringing your prayer in his name. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 (WEB)
Now, let us address the lady and her child concerning the rent, electricity and food. We will ask God for His divine intervention. God please send someone to help this lady with her rent, electricity bill and food. Let them be a blessing to this lady and her child. We will also pray for God to open the doors for a new job so that she can pay her rent, electricity bill and food.
We will also lift up the jobless and homeless as you requested. God please help them to find jobs and homes. Let them be able to live productive lives. Let them also be blessed with food and other needs. God promised us in Matthew 6:31-34 (WEB), "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
To the lady and others in similar situations, we encourage you to stay calm knowing that God will supply all your needs. Psalms 55:22 (WEB) says, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

We trust that You know their every need and You will supply each and every need. We pray for a job that will allow the lady to pay her rent, electricity bill and food. We pray for those who are homeless and jobless. We pray that You open doors for them to once again be productive members of society. We pray for the peace of God that passeth all understanding to fill their hearts. We declare victory over their situations in Jesus Christ's name. Amen!
