God Please Give Me Your Mercy And Healing

God please forgive all my sins, please forgive me for never trying to reach you before, in the name of your precious son Jesus I ask for your love and mercy. I know am a sinner but I'm trying to be a good person. Please help me change, fill me with your holy spirit ..I need you more than ever ,I'm loosing my vision to this glaucoma and I'm very sad ,and losing also mind with this OCD. Please God take away my doubts and fears and let me be full of your holy spirit, faith and love.
