I want you to know there is a loving God who is always waiting on children to return to Him. There is a story in the Bible about the prodigal son. That young man left his father, and ended up in a pig sty, after living a wild life, full of sin. He decided to return to his father's home as a servant because the servants had it better than he did, living in that pig sty. As he approached his fathers home, the father saw him coming a long way off and ran to meet him. The father hugged him, smelly dirty and all, and father put a ring on his finger, a robe on his sons back and killed a fatted calf, and had it prepared for a celebration . All because that son had come home. Not once did that father rail at him for leaving, or accuse him of sinning. No He was so glad he came home, He celebrated and welcomed him. Jesus told this story so that people could see just how much our Heavenly Father loves each one of us.
Lots of people think they have sinned away their day of Grace. If you had done that, you would have no concern of making things right with God. Those people are haters of God and want nothing to do with Him.
Who do you think brought you to this sight, and is causing you to want things to be right? It's God your Father. The truth is, and its according to His word, He will never leave you or forsake you. It's us who drift away ,and not Him. It's us who start believing the enemy's lies, and not God's love letter written to us.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17
Revelations 3:20 Jesus said: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me. Does this sound like someone who is angry at you.
NO WAY!
GOD LOVES US SO MUCH HE LET HIS ONE AND ONLY SON DIE IN OUR PLACE. TO PAY OUR SIN DEBT.
God wants to have a real relationship with each one of us. The question is do we want that with him, He is waiting for those who are astray to come home. Do it today, don't stay in the pig sty when you can have God's best. He is waiting on you.
