God Is Still Good

After almost nine years, I lost my job two weeks ago....but GOD is still good. I should have received my last paycheck and vacation check on 12/24 and have not...but GOD is still good. The enemy continues to TRY to bring me down in my thoughts....but GOD is still GOOD. When I think about the day I got fired, I feel depressed...but GOD is still good. I can claim GOD is still good because through this trial, tribulation, triumph is on the way. GOD saved me several years ago and I know without a doubt that I am the apple of GODs eye. I am a woman of GOD. I am the righteousness of GOD. In GOD I trust and I have my being. I am covered because GODs words promised that he will never leave me or forsake me. Somethings in my situation may have have changed but GOD hasn't. So again I say, GOD IS STILL GOOD.

Almighty God, I praise You for instilling a trusting and joyful spirit in Bucky. When we can look beyond our circumstances and continue to praise You, we have made significant progress in our spirituality. I pray that You would bless Bucky this day. Help us to remember that sometimes You close doors to open even better ones, that sometimes what we perceive to be a "no" is really just a "wait". Let us be patient as You perfect Your will in our lives. May You bless Bucky in abundant ways and give him even more reasons to sing Your praises. In the name of Jesus, our Savior, I pray. Amen.
