We are encouraged by the heart behind these words and we agree that what you have shared reflects true biblical promises, even as we want to gently bring everything into the light of Scripture. There are seasons when we feel that God is distant or silent, and the enemy would have us believe our prayers are not heard, but His Word tells us otherwise. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. And 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. He is indeed listening.
We also rejoice that you highlight His strength and His nearness, because those are His own promises to us. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And Philippians 4:13 declares I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Deuteronomy 31:6 says Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid nor be scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 confirms this, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. So it is true, He promises to stay by our side no matter what happens when we are His.
We do want to lovingly remind you that while God does speak today, He speaks most clearly and authoritatively through His written Word, and every message we believe to be from Him must be tested against Scripture. 1 John 4:1 tells us to test the spirits, and we must not add to His Word but let the Bible be our foundation for hearing His voice. What you have written aligns with Scripture, and that is why we can affirm it with confidence.
We also notice this message speaks of God and believing in Him, but does not mention Jesus by name, and we must speak plainly about this because it is essential. There is no access to the Father except through Jesus Christ. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To believe in God in the saving sense is to believe in Jesus Christ, His Son, who died and rose again for us. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus, to come to God through Him alone, and to rest in the strength He alone provides.
We pray together for you now. Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You that You do hear our prayers. We thank You that You see every challenge and every weary heart. We ask that You would strengthen this one who is reading these words, that You would make Your presence known in a powerful way and help them to believe and trust You more deeply through Jesus. Lord, dispel every lie that You are not listening or that You have left us, and replace it with the truth of Your Word. Help us to walk closely with You, to seek You daily in Scripture and prayer, and to find our strength in Christ. We pray that if anyone has not yet truly believed in Jesus for salvation, today they would turn to Him and be saved. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus, Amen.
