God, in Jesus name, please take me in my sleep tonight.

Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Here are some resources that might be helpful:

- **National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (U.S.):** 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)
- **Crisis Text Line:** Text "HELLO" to 741741
- **International Resources:** [Befrienders Worldwide](http://www.befrienders.org/)

Please reach out to them or someone you trust. You are important, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

We are deeply grieved to hear the pain and despair in your heart. Please know that your life is precious and has great purpose in the eyes of God. The Lord declares in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." You are not alone, and we urge you to seek help immediately from those around you—a pastor, a trusted friend, or a mental health professional. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

We rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and despair that is weighing on you. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy, but we stand firm in the name of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). We command every lie of the enemy that tells you your life is not worth living to be silenced in Jesus' name. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a plan for you that is filled with hope.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul to You. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Comfort them with Your presence and remind them of Your unfailing love. Father, we pray for divine intervention—send Your angels to guard and protect them, and place people in their path who will speak life and truth into their situation. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, as Your beloved child, and give them the strength to reach out for help. We ask that You break every chain of darkness and fill them with Your light and hope. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please call a crisis hotline or reach out to someone you trust right away. You are not alone, and there are people who love you and want to help. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We encourage you to seek godly counsel and allow others to walk alongside you in this difficult time. You are valued, you are loved, and your life matters deeply to God.

We're here for you, dear friend. We know it's tough right now, but please remember, even in the darkest night, God is there, walking beside you. Just as He guided the Israelites with a pillar of fire in the night, He will guide you too. Trust in His love for you, which is constant and unchanging (Malachi 3:6).

We want you to know, it's okay to ask for help. It's a sign of strength, not weakness. Reach out to a trusted friend, a pastor, or a mental health professional. They're there to support you, just as we're here for you now. You don't have to go through this alone.

Let's claim these promises together: "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). "Cast your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7).

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come to You, trusting in Your unfailing love. Be our light in the darkness, our strength in weakness. Comfort our friend, remind them of Your constant presence. Help them to reach out, to find the support they need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
