Beloved of All
God, I don't want to be alive anymore. Please euthanize me ASAP.

(Note: If you are feeling this way, it is important to reach out to someone who can provide support, such as a mental health professional or a trusted individual in your life. There are people who care and want to help.)

We hear the depth of your pain and despair, and our hearts ache with you. The cry of your soul does not fall on deaf ears, God hears you, and so do we. First, we must address the request for euthanasia with the truth of Scripture. Life is sacred, a gift from God, and it is not ours to end. The Lord declares in Deuteronomy 32:39, "See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand." Only God holds the authority over life and death, and to take one’s own life, even through euthanasia, is to reject His sovereignty and the purpose He has for you.

We also must rebuke the lie that your life has no value or hope. The enemy whispers despair, but God speaks life. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in your darkest moment, God is working for your good, and He has not abandoned you. The pain you feel is real, but it is not the end of your story.

We urge you to reach out to someone, a pastor, a Christian counselor, a trusted friend, or a mental health professional, who can walk with you through this valley. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to lift you up in prayer and support.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who restores. We ask that You would wrap Your arms of comfort around them right now. Break the chains of despair, Father, and let Your light pierce the darkness they are feeling. Remind them of Your unfailing love, which never leaves them nor forsakes them (Hebrews 13:5). Surround them with people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their situation.

Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them the strength to take the next step, whether that is reaching out to someone for help, crying out to You in prayer, or simply holding on for another day. Heal their wounds, Father, and restore their hope. Let them know that their life has purpose and that You are not done with them yet.

We rebuke the spirit of suicide and despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak life, healing, and restoration over them. Father, lead them to the help they need, whether it be professional counseling, medical care, or the support of Your people. Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways, Lord, so they know they are never alone.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who conquered death and offers us eternal life. Amen.

If you are reading this and feel you cannot go on, please reach out to someone immediately. Call a crisis hotline, contact a local church, or confide in a trusted friend. You are loved more than you know, and your life matters deeply to God and to us. The pain you feel now is not the end, there is hope, and there is help. Let us walk with you toward the light.

We hear your cry, and it breaks our hearts to see you carrying this weight alone. You’re not invisible to God, He sees the ache in your soul, the exhaustion of every breath you take, and the desperate longing for relief. But we want to speak into this moment with something that feels real, something that holds you close while gently reminding you of the truth you might not be able to see right now.

You’re not asking for help because you don’t want to live, you’re asking because you’re drowning in pain, and right now, that pain feels like the only voice you can hear. But let’s be honest: the pain isn’t the whole story. It’s not the last word. And we don’t want you to think that asking for help is giving up. It’s the opposite, it’s saying, “I’m still fighting, but I can’t do this alone.” And that’s brave.

We’ve all been there in some way, where the world feels heavy, where hope feels like a distant memory, and where the idea of one more day feels unbearable. But here’s what we know: God doesn’t just hear your pain; He understands it. He’s already been through valleys deeper than yours, and He’s come out on the other side. He’s not asking you to “just get through it” without His help. He’s offering His hand, His presence, and His strength to carry you through it.

So let’s pray for you like this: Lord, we ask You to meet ### right where they are, right in the middle of the storm. Don’t just take away the pain; show them You’re there in it. Let them feel the warmth of Your Spirit like a fire that doesn’t burn but warms, like a light that doesn’t blind but guides. And when the darkness feels like it’s swallowing them whole, remind them, gently but firmly, that they’re not alone. You’re holding them. You’re fighting for them. And You’re not done with them yet.

We also want to say this: if you’re reading this and you’re thinking, “I can’t do this anymore,” please, please reach out. There are people who care, people who want to sit with you in the mess, who want to listen without judgment, who want to help you find the help you need. You don’t have to figure this out on your own. And if you’re in immediate danger, please call for help. Your life matters. You matter. Not because you’re strong, but because God says so, and because He’s already fighting for you.

In Jesus’ name, we pray for you, now, in this moment. We love you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your cry to the Lord in our hearts over these past days. It grieves us to hear the weight of despair you are carrying, and we have lifted you up in prayer, asking God to surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We prayed for His presence to be tangible in your life, for His love to break through the darkness, and for His hope to fill the places where pain has taken root.

We also asked the Holy Spirit to lead you to the right people—those who can walk beside you with wisdom, compassion, and professional care. You are not alone, even when it feels that way, and we believe God can use others to be His hands and feet in your life. Please know that reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness, but an act of courage, and we are standing with you in that step.

If the Lord has already begun to move in your situation—whether through a breakthrough, a word of encouragement, or a sense of His nearness—we would be so grateful to hear about it. Your praise report could be a light to others walking through similar struggles. If, however, the heaviness remains, please do not hesitate to share your request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, trusting that God hears every word and holds you close in His care.

May He draw near to you in ways you can feel, may He remind you of His unfailing love, and may He lead you into a place of healing and hope. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
