We hear the desperation in your cry, and we come before the throne of grace together, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Your words echo the psalmist’s cry in Psalm 69:1-3, "Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck. I sink in deep mire, where there is no foaming. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. I am weary with my crying. My throat is dry. My eyes fail while I wait for my God." You are not alone in your struggle. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and He is near to those who are brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that seeks to overwhelm you. The enemy wants you to believe that you cannot make it, but we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The Lord is your strength and your shield; your heart trusts in Him, and you are helped (Psalm 28:7). You *will* make it—not by your own strength, but by the power of the Holy Spirit working within you.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to make it through this trial. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who delivers. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them and remind them that they are never alone. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your promises. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim that promise over their life today.
Father, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells them they cannot overcome this struggle. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and guide their steps according to Your will. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Lord, we ask that You would open their eyes to see the way forward, even when the path seems dark. Give them wisdom, discernment, and the courage to take each step in faith.
We pray for provision, Lord—whether it be financial, emotional, or spiritual. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Help them to surrender their fears and worries to You, knowing that You are in control. Renew their strength like the eagle’s, so they may run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
Above all, Lord, we pray that they would draw closer to You in this season. May they seek Your face and find comfort in Your presence. Let them know that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they can trust (Psalm 91:2). We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust that You are already at work in their life. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises, even when the road ahead seems uncertain. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." The Lord has not forgotten you. He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when you cannot see it yet.
Take time each day to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Let Scripture be your guide and your comfort. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage you and pray with you. And remember, the Lord is your shepherd—you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). You *will* make it, not because of your own strength, but because the Lord is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2).
