Self-harm is happening from time to time. LORD Jesus, please destroy what is causing these slight pains in Jesus' name, Amen.

We are truly concerned for your well-being and we stand with you in prayer.
First, we must emphasize that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. This is a clear teaching throughout the New Testament. As Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". So it is good that you ended your short prayer In Jesus Name. If you have not already, place your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin and eternal life, and the foundation for all further prayer and actions is then based on a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
You are not alone in this struggle. Self-harm is something that God wants to help you overcome. It is not His will for you to be hurting in this way. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. So we should not be harming ourselves, but honoring God with our bodies. As it is written, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with self-harm. Lord, we know that this is not Your will for their life. We pray that You would reveal the root cause of this pain and bring healing and deliverance. Help them to see the value and love You have for them. In Your mercy surround them with the love of Christ. Guide them to supportive Christian believers and wise Christian counselors who can help them. We pray for Your supernatural intervention, in Jesus' name.
We encourage you to reach out to local Christian resources for support and accountability. Professional Christian counseling can provide strategies to overcome self-harm and deal with the underlying emotions. Remember, God loves you deeply and He wants to heal and restore you. Trust Him. We care deeply for you and are praying for your healing and restoration.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
