We are grateful that you have reached out with your prayer request, and we stand with you in lifting up your petitions to God. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In your time of need, turn to God with all your heart, knowing that He hears your cries and is faithful to answer. As you have referenced Psalm 61, let us pray together using these words:
"Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I call to you, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy. I will dwell in your tent forever. I will take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Selah. For you, God, have heard my vows. You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name" (Psalm 61:1-5, WEB).
Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will give you the wisdom and guidance you need.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has cried out to You for help. Lord, hear their/our prayers and attend to their/our needs according to Your will. Grant them/us Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and lead them/us to the rock that is higher than they/we are. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers and that we stand with you in seeking His will. Continue to trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
