We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult circumstances you are facing. God cares about our needs and wants us to come to Him in prayer. However, it's crucial to align our prayers with God's will and His principles.
Firstly, we would like you to know that God is the great provider and does not want us to chase after money or quick fixes, but rather to seek Him and His provision. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Instead of asking God to win the lottery, which is a form of gambling, we need to seek after God and His righteousness.
It is great that you are seeking God. Have you come to God by accepting the free gift of salvation, therefore accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we would recommend this and encourage you to find out more about Jesus by reading the Gospel of John. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Because of Jesus' death on the cross, paying the price of our sin, we are able to stand before God righteous and have a relationship with God and call him Father. Acts 4:12 states:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your provision and comfort in their time of need. We pray that You would supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You would guide them and direct their steps to the right job or source of income to sustain them. We also pray that they would seek You and Your righteousness first, knowing that You will add to them all that they need. We also pray that they would put their faith and trust in you and in you alone, and not in the uncertainty of wealth. Help them to know the love of Christ and to find in You their all in all.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God and His provision. Consider seeking help from local churches or Christian communities that may be able to assist with practical needs. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
