God have mercy on me. God spare me from all the suffering I have been through lately. God please bring Peace into my life. My boyfriend is mentally ill and will not seek help. He broke up with me, and is currently doing sinful and hurtful things. I am breaking down and crying at work over all this. I haven't slept well in days and I am no longer eating properly. My heart feels like it is literally breaking. My brothers are both mentally ill, other family members, my friends...oh god, why did my boyfriend have to suffer too? God give me strength.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
