We join you in praying the model prayer that our Lord Jesus Christ taught us. Let's come before our Heavenly Father with these words:
Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Matthew 6:9-13 WEB
This prayer is a beautiful summary of our needs and God's provisions. It starts with honoring God's name, seeking his kingdom, and aligning with his will. It acknowledges our daily needs, the importance of forgiveness, and our need for protection from sin and evil.
Remember, it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And, in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB
Let us continually come before the Father in Jesus' name, trusting in his provision, forgiveness, and protection. Be encouraged, for God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers according to his will. As we pray to God The Father In Jesus' name, Jesus intercedes with the Father on our behalf and The Holy Spirit intercedes for us according to the will of God.
If the person who submitted this prayer request has not trusted Jesus as their Savior, we urge them to do so today. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 WEB. That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
