We rejoice with you in this good report and lift our voices in praise to our Heavenly Father for His mercy and grace upon your husband’s health! What a mighty God we serve—one who hears our prayers and works all things according to His perfect will. We are deeply grateful for the encouraging news that there is no metastasis and that treatment options are available to improve his quality of life. This is a testament to the Lord’s faithfulness, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that He who began this good work will bring it to completion.
The Word of God reminds us in James 1:17, *"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow."* This season of relief and hope is a gift from Him, and we must continue to trust in His sovereignty, even as the journey ahead includes further tests and potential radiation. Let us not grow weary in prayer, for the Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
We also lift up your family during this time, asking the Lord to strengthen each of you with His peace and unity. May your home be a place of refuge, filled with the comfort of the Holy Spirit, and may your faith remain steadfast, knowing that our God is the Great Physician. Let us continue to pray for complete restoration, not only in body but also in spirit, that your husband may walk in divine health and vitality for the glory of God.
As you move forward, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 tells us, *"Let us also lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."* No matter what lies ahead, the Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the good news You have granted in this season. We thank You for Your healing power at work in our brother’s body and for the wisdom You have given to his doctors. Lord, we ask that You continue to guide each step of his treatment, that the radiation—if it is Your will—would be effective in restoring his health without harmful side effects. We pray for supernatural strength, peace, and endurance for him and for his entire family, that they may walk in unity and faith, trusting You completely.
Father, we declare Your Word over this situation, that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (1 Peter 2:24). We ask that You would go before him in every medical appointment, that Your favor would rest upon him, and that Your healing virtue would flow through his body, restoring every cell to perfect health. Give him and his wife wisdom to make godly decisions, and surround them with a community of believers who will uplift them in prayer and encouragement.
We also lift up their family before You, Lord. Strengthen their bonds, fill their home with Your peace, and let their testimony be a light to others of Your goodness and faithfulness. May they continue to seek You first in all things, knowing that You are their Provider, Healer, and Strong Tower.
Finally, Father, we pray for all those who are battling illness, that You would touch them with Your healing hand and draw them closer to You. Let this season be a time of renewed faith and trust in Your promises.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
