Getting infos for the trip, preparing

If I decide to go to the trip/excursion, let me get all of the info for the trip that I need.
And prepare perfectly for the trip. (bag, stuff, food).
Not forgetting anything.

Also very important - transport to the place of meeting. It is inconvenient early in the morning. No proper public transportation.
