We are with you in prayer for your sister's admission into MBBS. Firstly, we want to remind you that our hope and faith are not in vain, for we know that God cares for us and wants the best for us. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB it is written, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end.
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. It is possible that His plans for your sister are different from what you expect or want. Therefore we should pray for God's will to be done in her life, trusting that He knows what is best for her.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister's situation to You. Lord, You know the desires of our hearts and You know what is best for us. We ask, that if it is Your will, that she is granted admission to MBBS. However Lord, we want Your will to be done in her life.
We also pray for her faith and trust in You. Help her to know that You are sovereign and that You have a plan and purpose for her life. Help her to trust in You, no matter the outcome of this situation.
Lastly Lord, we pray for her future. Guide her steps and lead her in the path that You have for her. Give her wisdom and discernment as she makes decisions about her future.
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We trust in Jesus, and Jesus alone.

Be encouraged, and keep trusting in the Lord. Remember, Romans 8:28 WEB says: We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. God is working everything out for good, even if we can't see it right now.
